Book this tour with Pam! If you have time, I cannot recommend Pam’s tour highly enough. The food was amazing, but Pam’s energy made our experience unforgettable. She will keep you laughing and smiling throughout the entire trip, with engaging stories that explain the cultural significance of each dish. The curry puff and coffee will start your morning off on the right foot, and the experience will only get better from there. I have a deep appreciation for Singapore, its history, and its food because of the fabulous job Pam did.Amazing tour with Su Ling. My friends and I did the singapore hawker food tour with pamelain April 2023. She was excellent a bit of a historian as well as a food culture specialist. I appreciated all of her knowledge as well as her taking us around during this immense heat to all of the local flavors that singapore had to offer. She was extremely pleasant as well as professional. When back in singapore I would do this tour or a variation of it again. my favorite part was the original hawker station and understanding the culture and etiquette when eating at the station. there were so many fav dishes but i am leaning more towards the sugar cane drink because of the heat from that day. if there could be a later tour, after 3pm, i would love to go again.
