What a wonderful crew. So informative and friendly. They took the time to make sure I was feeling comfortable in the water and made sure I saw some amazing sites. The coral and fish were stunning. The Reef is looking amazing now and well recovered from what we were told. The 3 reefs we were taken to were amazing...each one different from the other. The food was one of the best you get on any tour, plentiful. The vessel is well kept and clean. Could not fault anything at all. Will definitely recommend to others this company and tour and would do it again in a heart beat.

The Agincourt reef spots were fantastic! Great snorkelling and a lot of time on the reef which was great!
All staff members were relatively friendly, Tami was our favourite, she was so lovely, Jamie was quite unpleasant and she really just did not want to be there. Other than that our day was good.

I booked the great barrier reef diving from viator for my sister and myself in $650. We did not know swimming and we were not told anything about it in advance or at the viator website. As soon as we left for the great barrier reef we were then asked to fill a form where they asked about swimming.so we were refused to be taken for diving. As i had already done diving in the past we were not prepared for it. So the entire day at was wasted and the money too. We were only refunded $140.
There was no break up cost shown on the website.
It was a very disturbing day for us.

It was an amazing day, Gordon taught us how to dive and guided us in a very professional way. Of course the Great Barrier Reef is amazing by itself and the guides showed us the most beautiful parts.

The cruise and facilities were excellent. Staff were professional and very helpful. Coral wasn't as colorful as when I visited in the 1990's but marine life was plentiful!

Really enjoyed our full day excursion. Other reviews have pretty much covered the trip in full so I can't add a lot other than to say it was totally worthwhile and enjoyable. The only part that wasn't great was getting in and out of the wet suits and the crush of people getting geared up/down at once.

We expected the reef trip would be great, so we booked two tours on two successive days. This, our first, included an intro scuba dive. I was initially concerned, my wife and I are around 60, and while I am very comfortable in the water I wasn't sure how she'd do. She did fine, and my children in their mid-20's also did fine. Our leader was very friendly, guided us through the intro dive well, was patient with small problems she'd treated our goggles with anti-fog and asked us to keep the masks on while on the ship, but when the ship photographer came by he asked us to remove them, and when she saw this she sighed but re-treated all of our masks, and made it a very pleasant experience. The ship was very stable and fast. Food was ample and there was plenty for vegetarians. The reef was great and we had a glorious time both days. Crew was very helpful and friendly all around.

Great experience! The staff took very good care of everyone! Would take another trip with this organization. Take care if you take any medication, I wasn't allowed to dive on the reef with scuba gear because of a medication I take. Should have been informed so I could have a doctor's slip.

Superbly organized, professionally run and an unbelievable experience. Crew spent a load of personal time helping my wife overcome concerns over snorkelling so we could have a great experience...thank you again! Not much can top the Reef itself....superb all round!

I was so happy to be able to take this tour as it was the best of three trips to the Great Barrier Reef in 3 days. The seas were calm and the fish were everywhere. Although we had booked directly with Quicksilver for our tour in Cairns, we were pleasantly surprised that the operator was Quicksilver again. Thank you for making it very easy to book a tour!

Great tour. Staff was very dedicated to my enjoyment. The boat was great for both comfort on the ride out to the reef, and ease of getting on and off while at the reef. Simply an amazing sight to behold. Don't get to this area without seeing the reef. Surprisingly, even the lunch on the boat was very good.

The reef was beautiful...outstanding coral and visibility. The boat crew does an excellent job at taking people with a range of abilities...from those who can barely swim to experienced divers...and making sure they have a great day. A beautiful, modern boat and snorkel/dive equipment was in good shape.
