Why book transportation if you must wait an hour for pick-up..... forget it.... my vacation time is worth more than the 10. savings for a vehicle which was late, crowded and speeding in and out..... no way !

It was unclear where our pick up spot would be, whether it was on the street or the hotel drive up. Clarity in this matter would have been useful.

Driver who picked us up at Hotel had a van with five people in it already.
I booked for six people, and driver started yelling that he had no more room for our luggage.
He did get it all in but was not a happy camper the drive to the ship.
No tip for him either!
