After getting on the bus, part of the way into our trip, the bus broke down! We sat in the middle lane of a three lane highway for an hour. The police had to shut the road down so they could transport everyone and the luggage to another bus.

Easy and quick. Found it outside the airport quite easily. Had booked for a later time but that ultimately didnt matter. Would use again.

The bus itself was comfortable, the line for the bus was a little “long” then again I did go Holy Week so there were more than the usual tourists which could have attributed to the long lines.

Air conditioned, nice music, easy to find and get onto the bus. USB charging on the bus. Termini offloading was onto the street which was a little disconcerting.

Meet up location was very well explained. Much cheaper than taking the train. Same travel time to the airport as if you were taking a train. Helpful staff when arriving at the meet up spot.

Very smooth transport, we travelled off peak so that helped as understand from others traffic can get very busy in Rome. Cheap, easy way to get to and from airport.

Helpful driver and staff, very prompt, clean. Couldn’t find any indication of a WiFi code but we were too distracted with the sights to make inquiry so it’s not really their fault. I’d recommend tourists figure out where the bus stops asking the way because there is a good chance you could get off closer to your hotel before the termini stop. And definitely take a bus and walk vs a taxi or Uber. No need Tap and go with your chipped credit card.

Got to the bus in time but the guy by the bus was busy selling tickets to a group who had not prebooked and then told us it was full. We had to wait 40 minutes for the next one. The traffic into Rome Termini was very heavy and it took an hour and a half to get in. Will take the metro or train next time.

Great service and easily accessible pick up points, with Google map directions to the exact pick up point (for my experience). I traveled from Termini and took about 1hr 20 mins to get to Fiumicino airport so make sure you factor that into your travel plans and that was at 7am with the local traffic and stops. Staff very friendly and driver very helpful. Very recommended 🙂

There is no reason not to take this shuttle. Next time iI will definitely use this shuttle again. Much cheaper compare to taxi or Uber but it is safe and reliable.

Terrible experience in the early morning. First bus for airport and when we arrived even though we had pod tickets month in advance they didn’t want to let us in the bus and we had to took the taxi in order to catch the plain. Didn’t recommended it ever!

Easy to find. Great driver. About as fast as the train at 60% less . Highly recommend. For $7 Eiros each way can’t beat it

Our driver must have taught Lewis Hamilton to drive. Or Max Verstappen. Has to have taught all F1 drivers

Didn’t go on the bus at all. There are different bus companies operate out of rome airport and if you miss your own bus, it’s a long wait for the next one. Best to turn up and book a ticket on the next available bus at the airport. Was a waste of money.

Abhorrent - absolutely ridiculous. Purchased two round trip tickets which are valid for 3 months on the site, and to top it all off this was confirmed in-person at the bus stop, but then we weren't allowed to board the bus. Our cases had been loaded and there were two/three other people in the bus - only two or three. Then when we asked why we weren't allowed on board we were told the bus was full; that they needed the rest of the seats for other stops, but that there was no such thing as reserving seats? We were told to get on the next bus instead, and when asked how he knows if that one won't be "full", the man simply said "It won't be." He and the bus driver were both laughing as I had to haul our cases back out onto the pavement, and the bus drove away from two valid ticket holders. What if we had missed our flight, SIT? Would you only have cared when you had to cover the cost of flight tickets? It was especially regrettable as the transfer from the airport to the city had lovely staff, even if the WiFi didn't work. I would never use this service after our experience at the end of our trip.

The bus did not bring us to the final stop. It was easy to find the bus stop and the bus left on time, but it did not proceed to Via Crescenzio 2. Instead, it drop us off only at Via Marsala. The driver said that the stop close to the Vatican was closed. The website should have mentioned that so we could have made other arrangements. We ended up getting an Uber ride to get to our destination.

Too many people; not enough buses!! Had to wait. What was the purpose of giving an arrival window of time?

After an exhausting 22hour trip from Australia we arrived in Rome hoping for a easy comute to our hotel. Got to the bus departure point only to be told that the next bus was running 1/2 hour late! Just what we didn't need as we were tired. Bus ride was OK but driver did not give any help with cases.

East to find bus was waiting for us at # 12 spot..filled and left with about one hour ride to our Termini stop.. traffic is heavy in Rome. Don't hesitate to book.
