The lady I talk to on the phone to set up the Shuttle who is extremely nice and helpful. However when we got to the bus they couldn’t let us off near where we were staying there when we booked it they thought we could. The lady gave us the name of the nearest stop when we were at the bus but if the driver called it out we certainly didn’t hear it. When we got to the third and last stop he informed us we were very very far from where we were staying. Had he been even a little remorseful about it my rating would be different. He was just very dismissive with no apology and only a shrugged his shoulders when I said we thought he would announce it. I even asked him partway on the trip about our stuff and he just said now but never let us know when we got to the nearest place. I know we are communicating in two different languages but it was still very frustrating to have to spend $30 to get where we were going by taxi after we paid for the bus. That said, if you are going to the terminal in downtown Rome this would be a good way to get there. They sell too many tickets, then they do not let you inside because its too busy. Thats a joke really.

Great for budget traveller. But logistic is a mess. The accurate timings are the ones at the bus stop stands, don’t based on any photos taken here in case the bus provider updates them. No clear queuing direction , even if we had reached earlier it doesn’t guarantee a spot. Bought a return ticket but had to give up because the timing I saw was not the updated timing. Hope the provider could at least provide the timings on the tickets in future. When I arrive in Rome, via FCO airport, I always use S.I.T. Bus. I have not had a bad experience with them, and it very affordable, around 6-7 euros per person. They use a coach, which offers wifi, and nice comfy seats. When I arrive in Rome, via FCO airport, I always use S.I.T. Bus. I have not had a bad experience with them, and it very affordable, around 6-7 euros per person. They use a coach, which offers wifi, and nice comfy seats. I take the bus to Roma Termini, and take the bus to return to the airport. Depending on the time of day, the ride is between 40-55 minutes.
