Great value for money. Driver was over punctual. Transfer time has been confirmed twice, first time 1 day ahead leaving a message in the hotel and second time when the driver arrived. Top service. Full recommendations.

We really appreciated how easy and affordable it was to book a transfer from our hotel back to the Honolulu Airport. We did not want to rent a car and pay for parking, as well as negotiating the traffic and the unfamiliar roads. It was relaxing to end our vacation by leaving the driving, and even the timing of getting to the airport, to a professional!

I sent a question and got the response right away. The shuttle arrived on time. It was comfortable. Driver was professional and helpful.

There is not much to say about a the transfer to the airport, apart from the fact that I had to wait for 1 hour as the first driver missed my hotel. Once the second driver picked me up all was well as I arrived at the airport in good time.

I have always had great experiences with speedishuttle until this pick up (I'm writing the review from the van). I was picked up from Hotel Renew by John. He is not pleasent, did not greet me, just poor customer service. As a solo traveler getting into a car with a strange man at 6 am, good welcoming customer service goes a long way. Thankfully, there are now other passengers in the van. He has also not spoken to them. I've used this service 5 times before and it was great. Today, not so much.

Wonderful transfer. Driver was exactly on time. Van was very clean and air conditioner worked very well. I would definitely use Speedi Shuttle again. Worry fee way to gay to the airport.

Late on arrival female driver with attitude incapable of loading all of the luggage she needed help after loading 3 cases so at 76 had to load my own cases

Driver was a bit late but not his fault. Note that it’s a shuttle so it really depends on other passengers and where they are located and how fast they move. But vehicle was nice, air-conditioned and clean. Speedy along the freeway. Picked us up a bit too early than what we wanted but that was because of shuttle schedules (about 45 minutes earlier than our desired time) and others that have to be po Jed up. so it was a longer wait for our flight when we got to the airport. But if you don’t mind all that, it’s a cheap way to get to and from the airport. I would go with this one rather than the VIP Trans.

Wonderful driver. Sooo professional and personable. Loved chatting with him on way to airport and gave us some history on Oahu. Customer service was so nice and personable. Very great communication and easy to reach when I checked on pick up location of our hotel. Van was super clean and picked us up in plenty of time to get us to the airport on time. Definitely will recommend and use again when we visit Oahu.
