Tried to confirm my booking, called the number and got the message to hold. The phone started to ring and ring and no one picked up the phone. This went on for several days. The hotel and other visitors also tried to call them in order to help me. They also had the same experience. My hotel called a taxi, and I had to pay again. A very disappointing and costly experience. Next time I go direct.
