We came to Seville just for 2 days. We booked the tour a month in advance and were excited to visit all the places without staying in the long lines. One day before the tour, we received an email saying that half of the places were closed and we won’t able to visit them, and we should get a refund. On the day of the tour it was raining very hard. When we came to the address, which we received from the company a day before, it looked very strange since it wasn’t on the road, but instead was on a very narrow street. We came to the meeting point and waited for almost 15 min, no one came. We started to call them and text to make sure that they will pick us up. No one answered the calls or texts. After 30 minutes we received a phone call from the company’s representative saying that they already left without us, since we never came. We were just shocked! We asked how come no one called us or answered the phone. Then we offered to take a taxi and meet them on the next meeting point. Instead of answering, the guy said that another tour person will meet us in 45 minutes , but it will be shorter version of the tour and he will send us the address with a meeting point. After receiving the address we stopped the taxi asking them to take us to the place. The taxi driver said that the address doesn’t exit and this is just a zip code of a large area. By that time we were soaking wet, frustrated and very upset. After paying almost $300 for 2 we felt like we were dealing with company who doesn’t care about customers, can’t provide good quality service and care for their business. We left Seville without seeing Alcazar or Cathedral, since all the tickets and the tours were sold out.

The tour in minibus started well but soon after Plaza De Espania, it was merged with the walking tour. We did not estimate this and nowhere was it mentioned. We stood for more than 30 mins at the skip-the-line tour of the palace. It was all walking for 3 hours. Finally we had to leave before lunch as the walking was too much. Not recommended for people with mobility restrictions.

Alcazar and cathedral were both breathtaking and historically interesting. The mix of Moorish/Muslim and Christian architecture was unique.

We enjoyed the trip. Our Guides Mellisa and Maria were friendly and knowledgeable. They gave all the key details of the places during the visit. The full day tour that we booked covered most part of Seville. The cruise in a boat in the betys river was very refreshing. The trip is worth the money that we spent

The Plaza Espania was great, Alcazar and Cathedral incredible. Walk around Santa Cruz was interesting. Melissa the guide was fantastic she had a hard job speaking Spanish and English to the group. downside was because of this there was a lot of waiting while each description was done. We booked and paid extra for a small group tour, this was 26! That is not a small group. It started at 9 with our only break at 2.30 but then we had to find our own way 15 minutes to the next meeting point in 36 degree heat. The river cruise was cattle Class! A shout out to Melissa for her hard work!

We booked an all day tour of Sevilla in English with lunch. Our meeting place changed the day before which was ok. Our tour was in Spanish then English. We spent a lot of our valuable vacation time listening to Spanish. This was two tours that they put together. Two different guides (which you need to tip both). The lunch was cancelled and we were refunded that cost. Our first guide was very nice and informative when we got the English version. Our second guide was better but it too was in Spanish first. We have been in Spain and Portugal the last three weeks and have used Viator for our tours and have been happy but this company is not worth spending your time with.

Not good. That’s it. Back up tour guide was good, but she did a “bilingual” tour which was fine by me but unfairly took away time from either language group. I missed my originally scheduled morning tour because, even if I was at the designated area to meet, the pick up point with a bus was at a very specific spot i the area. I just went by the message sent, found the exact name of the meeting place, stayed there… and as it turned out, thee was a vehicle side and a pedestrian side to this meeting place. How would I know it was a bus that would come collect me? I’ve always dealt with a tour person showing up personally. Original whole day plan turned into half a day. Substituted afternoon activity was so-so. I had to pay extra for my food at the flamenco show when the original booking was for whole day tour with lunch. No lunch was provided because it was only a half day tour… I can go on, but …

We did our vacations through a travel agency. We had no issues on previous tours since our trip began on Madrid. The instructions on the reservation was very clear: they were going to pick us up on our hotel. When I noticed they didn’t pickup us by the time of our reservation, I called the tour agency, where the gentleman told us a different information not documented in the reservation comments: we had to call 24 hours earlier and the meeting point was in another hotel. We lost more than 1 hour of the tour until we finally catch up with the tour in another meeting place (we had to pay $10 Euros for a taxi to get there) we were told. Finally, we intercepted the tour. The tour guide, Melissa, was initially skeptic about the issue, until she read our reservation papers & noticed this happened with another family. We were very uncomfortable about this situation and loosing part of the tour, but Melissa looked for a way to make us feel comfortable. She was really good tour guide, professional, cheerful and with a lot of historical information. The morning tour ended in the Sevilla Cathedral. The afternoon part of the tour was with Adrian. He was also a very good tour guide, helpful and knew what he was talking about. First, we went to a boat trip and Plaza de Toros. Then we continued in a bus trip through old town and ended at the Basilica of Macarena. In conclusion, be careful with this company as they apparently have coordination issues. The tour guides: excellent!!!

This was a great tour would recommend it to everyone. Very informative and just a fun guide throughout the tour plenty if time to see everything

This was a great small tour of Sevilla with all the important sights in one day. My husband has mobility issues and our guide was very helpful and accommodating. At the end of the day we were dropped off at our hotel. I noted that some people thought the boat ride was boring. I actually liked it and gave us another view of Sevilla. I highly recommend the tour

You gets what you pay for. Skip the queues. Thoroughly recommend as most professional. English and Spanish speaking group. The morning and afternoon guides were excellent. We found our own Paella restaurant. A long days walk, coach ride, boat trip all filled with fun. .

Unfortunately, I’m going to start this review with the negatives: 1. A late night email notification regarding change of pick up location. At purchase our hotel was the guaranteed pick up. 2. The initial tour consisted of 12 Spanish speakers and ourselves as the lone English speaking couple. Our guide, Antonio, did try to accommodate. 3. The final negative dealt with the last part of the tour. After lunch we rejoined the Spanish group and that part was disappointing. The actual tour in English was outstanding. Antonio, was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. He showed us all the major sights.

Well, i purchased my experience with lunch…. My tour guide Melissa ditched me…. She told me which restaurant to show up at 14:00 00 hour but I’ve waited for hour and a half and she never showed up. Staff had no clue of my reservations or my paid lunch so I paid €40 for my own lunch which was quite disappointing because I would rather gone somewhere else to a better location with better food/better ambience. I am hoping I will get reimbursed for my lunch.

Enjoyed the tour with our guide. We were picked up on time and had a full day of sight seeing. The guide Jesus was great. Funny, knowledgeable and entertaining. Interesting thing was after lunch we had to find our way to another pick up point on our own. It was ok for us as we like to walk. Cruise was a bit slow for my liking.

The tour operator VISITOURS EXCURSIONES SL were a little disorganized. They promised hotel pickup but during booking subsequent give you a pickup point which was closes enough to the hotel at a street corner. Inspite of calling them & telling them we are waiting at the pickup point they forgot and almost drove past and I had to jump on to the street waiving out wildly as I recognized the Bus. Then they claimed I had a booking for only a half day tour whereas I had booked Sevilla Full-Day Tour with Alcazar & Cathedral and Lunch. After a bit of argument and insistence the agreed. The guide on the bus was boring, spoke very fast & couldnt understand most. The subsequent Guide for Alcazar & Cathedral (Skip-the-line) Ms Mosee made up for it. Her briefings were very Knowledgeable , interesting and she sang thru her briefings very musically. Full marks to her but the audio quality was poor and mot in the group were complaining. Overall a very interesting trip and worth all these glitches. Must do if you have only ! day spared for Seville as it covers the entire must see sites in Seville. Better that a Hop-On-Hop off. Doing this tour allows you to devout your other days at Seville for visits to Granada, Gibraltar and other close by interesting places.

Generally a great tour however marred by the incorrect description on the booking sight. It is marketed as a full day 7 hour tour where as in fact its it two half day tours adding up to 7 hours with a break of 1.75 hours in between. this probably doesn't matter if you are staying in Seville overnight but if you have traveled from elsewhere and have booked onward travel then its a problem. The tour starts at 10.00 and one would assume that it finishes at 1700 thus an onward train trip at 1755 would not be an issue. However shortly after the tour started we were informed that the tour finished at around 1845. Bugger. Whilst many offers to look into this were made the end result is we had to abandon the tour at 1700 and find our own way to the station. Not a good result. Having said all of this the part of the tour we did was great

The group size was way too big and they had several different types of tours in one group. So the guide had to keep stopping to figure out who had to leave and who stayed. Lots of wasted time! Melissa the guide was great and so was David our bus driver, they just dumped way too much on them! Then we got to the afternoon river cruise and were handed off to Lola. Not friendly or informative. She talked so fast you couldn’t tell when she was switching from Spanish to English. And when asking questions she would get mad at us. We wanted Melissa back!
