Excellent staff, friendly environment. I dont know how to swim and scared of water but the guys was really help me to achieve snookering. must do trip. value for money
hotel pick was not good, they ask me to stay on the road which i did and by mistake I took the local mini taxi which scared me a bit. hotel pick up should be from hotel premises not from the road.
good idea to have local phone number or have the International min which I did and it was really helpful in different occasions.
Cost was higher than market price and tour operator was unprofessional. It was actually a glass bottom boat. Everywhere in Hurghada announced price of this tour was 10uSD per head but we bought it at 19 USD per head. Further, we booked a tour from 12 noon but they changed it to 10:30 am without consulting us. My brief remark for everyone else it's a glass bottom boat whose lower deck has large glass windows through which you can see underwater corals and fishes, but it's not submarine and this costs max 10 $ in Hurghada whereas booking through Viator costs us almost double.
Would recommend this short trip with excellant underwater viewing facilities and chance to go snorkeling if required.
A great trip. Prompt pick up and the staff were very polite. The submarine was a lovely experience and got to swim in the sea also. I would definately recommend to others
