The driver was supposed to pick us up from Santorini airport at 3:40 am with a sign that has our name on it. We arrived and our driver was not there. We had to call the customer service number to find out where our driver was. The customer service said the driver will arrive in about 5 minutes. W...
The driver was supposed to pick us up from Santorini airport at 3:40 am with a sign that has our name on it. We arrived and our driver was not there. We had to call the customer service number to find out where our driver was. The customer service said the driver will arrive in about 5 minutes. We did not get picked up until after 4:00 am. Although, our driver was nice and helpful. We just hope that our pick up from the hotel to the airport will be a much better experience.karenarch2016

Very frustrated that we arrived and there was no transportation waiting for us. We had to find a cab to drive us 30 miles away.
