The Brabofountain, the Rennaissance City Hall and the 16th and 17th century guildhouses catch the eye. Next, we visit the Cathedral of Our Lady, the largest Gothic church of the Low Countries. This magnificent Gothic church has great pieces of art by a.o. P.P. Rubens and other Flemish masters.
We walk through the 'Vlaeykensgang', a medieval quarter full of alleys and cul-de-sacs.
Via de Groenplaats and the Meir (Antwerp's most popular shopping street), we walk towards the Rubenshouse where we end our tour with a visit of one of the most important museums of the city.
We finish with a lunch in a typical restaurant (3 course menu).
