Stop At: Roatan, Roatan, Bay Islands
When your cruise ship docks, your guide will transfer your small group to Roatan Island’s tropical jungle to begin your leisurely eco-walk through the Caribbean forest canopy. Stroll along paved pathways, up wooden steps and across eight uniquely designed suspension bridges – varying in length from 150 to 200 feet (45 to 60 meters). Take in the amazing views from 20 to 85 feet (6 to 26 meters) above the ground as you learn about Roatan’s flora and fauna from your guide.

Rained most of the time .... making the wooden areas a little slippery .... gotta be careful, but the experience above the trees was exciting. Really neat to over look the trees to the depth below .... I recommend this excursion.

I chose this trip based on the other reviews....The bridges are in great shape and very safe. The hike is a decent one, not for the disabled or sedentary in any way. I was very excited to learn about the plants and animals...we got an understudy for our tour...had to drag the little informatio...
I chose this trip based on the other reviews....The bridges are in great shape and very safe. The hike is a decent one, not for the disabled or sedentary in any way. I was very excited to learn about the plants and animals...we got an understudy for our tour...had to drag the little information we got, out of him...he was very nice and took pictures for us though....It had rained the night before so most of the birds were in the top of the canopy not down in the middle where the bridges are...so if you can choose attendance based on weather.....The proximity of the zip lines and the noise that accompanies them may also be a deterrent for those looking for fauna. Our driver was super nice and very informative.
The suspension bridges were neat our guide gave us so many interesting facts about the trees and healing properties for each. There were termite mounds in the trees wish we would have seen more wildlife a few birds, a centipeed and some fire ants. The beach break was fun had a lovely pool and a f...
The suspension bridges were neat our guide gave us so many interesting facts about the trees and healing properties for each. There were termite mounds in the trees wish we would have seen more wildlife a few birds, a centipeed and some fire ants. The beach break was fun had a lovely pool and a fun restaurant bar and included use of beach chairs and umbrellas.
Absolutely loved Roatan, and this trip. Unfortunately we did not see much wildlife, but the vegetation was wonderful and my guide's commentary very interesting.

The beach was beautiful, and I had free use of a subbed and a complimentary fruit punch. Sea was incredibly clear and beautiful. Would love to return to Roatan. Next time I will do the large zip line at the Hanging Bridges site - looks awesome!
Our family loved this excursion the most. It was a hot sunny day and going to the jungle was refreshing and very comfortable. Our guide and shuttle driver were very friendly and knowledgeable. The monkeys were awesome and interactive

The monkeys were awesome and interactiveWe did the jungle walk with the suspension bridges and it was great--the guide was very friendly and knew what she was talking about. It was a lot of fun and great for all ages--we had a couple of little girls in our group and there was even someone in her 80's and all had a good time.
