My cab never showed up :) I waited for 20 minutes, all while calling and trying to get ahold of this company. They took my $40 and never came and never answered their phones. I specifically scheduled my transportation at a certain time for a reason, and because they didn’t get me I was late for another event I was headed to. Super unprofessional & very unhappy
