What to expect
With a private transfer arranged for you, you arrive at the starting point of the sea kayaking activity, Kathara Beach. From this point you start paddling across secluded beaches and breathtaking rock formations that contribute to the emerald green color of the water that will surround you. Paddle across famous Faliraki Bay and head to the widely known “Anthony Quinn’s” bay – where "The Guns of Navarone” was filmed.
Multiple chances for swimming and snorkeling followed be a delicious homemade picnic. On the way back feel the calmness of the environment that surrounds you and enjoy the big blue of the Mediterranean. After we arrive back at the starting point we drive you back to your pick up location full of memories.

The kayak tour was very well organised. 2 to 3 hours kayaking time in total but with breaks in between so it wasn't too difficult. We went in April and it was a small group of participants (4 pairs) with 3 instructors so it felt like there was enough focus on us all. The instructors were informative and enthusiastic about the activity. It is a beautiful island and we got to see through from the water. We got to see caves, Anthony Quinn's bay and lots of points on the way. Stopped off at Traounou beach and had lunch which was tasty. You're able to snorkel at this point too. They took photos for you throughout the tour and send it to you for free afterwards which is a nice touch. I would definitely recommend.Fantastic day and a must do for anyone visiting rhodes. At one of our stops we even got an opportunity to jump to the sea from the rocks. The picknick (traditional greek salad and other healthy snacks) was super tasty. And ofcource we have to mention our guides: Maria, Tsambikos, Jimmi and George. Those are the best instructors you could imagine for such an activity: fun, friendly, always smiling, they took care of us and all of the group at every single step or the journey (from warm up, giving safety instruction, guiding us through the waters, snorkeling, taking pictures, answering question, giving tipps how to control the kayak better, telling stories, and giving recommendations for Rhodos). We saw several beaches, went into a cave, did some snorkeling and jumped off a cliff which is all really cool. Then we had a Greek lunch in a cave and peddled back. I recommend this activity, worth it!
