We contacted the company by telephone and asked if we could be picked up from our hotel thirty minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We were assured that we could be picked at the time that we requested and that the driver would come at our new agreed time. We waited and waited but the driver ...
We contacted the company by telephone and asked if we could be picked up from our hotel thirty minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We were assured that we could be picked at the time that we requested and that the driver would come at our new agreed time. We waited and waited but the driver did NOT come till FORTY minutes after the agreed time. We called the company after twenty minutes and again after thirty minutes. The office staff was RUDE, ARROGANT and VERY UNHELPFUL! He refused to accept that he had agreed that the driver would come at the time we had requested.
