Do not go on this trip. Was the worst hop on bus I have ever experienced. Bus was overfill. No seating but still people were allowed to board. Totally crammed in like sardines. Was not a pleasant experience. Totally unsafe for people having to stand!

We walked back from next station. On route back bus was full and did not pick us at station. We ran after him to next station. We have no seat and stayed all time. We took a tour on the bus the route itself is fine but unfortunately the bus was extremely busy. Initially we were seated downstairs which limited viewing and was uncomfortable as the air conditioning did not seem to be working. After a couple of stops we did manage to get a seat upstairs. At one point a guest started complaining to the driver before deciding to leave. The tour itself isn’t great, one of the earphone jacks played the wrong language on channel 2 so we had to share a set of earphones between us. The narrator of the audio tour lacks information and the narration lacks any kind of enthusiasm. We were able to see some parts of town that we would have otherwise missed and got a great view of the town from the top of the hill but when compared to the cost of 60 minute boat trips at the same price on the harbour the value seems very poor. When the volume of passengers is considered the price seems unreasonably high. If the operators choose to charge this cost they should consider putting on additional buses to cater for the additional customers rather than solely focusing on profit margins.We were planning to take a tour AB 17 on Friday, on the schedule for the yellow bus the next time was 17.20 and one more after that that was taped over, so we assumed that the last one is not going but on some reason the driver decided that he is not going the tour 17.20 either.... we were waitin...
We were planning to take a tour AB 17 on Friday, on the schedule for the yellow bus the next time was 17.20 and one more after that that was taped over, so we assumed that the last one is not going but on some reason the driver decided that he is not going the tour 17.20 either.... we were waiting for the red bus that was supposed to go 17.50.... and had couple of more tours after that according to the schedule BUT when the bus arrived then it was same thing the driver just decided not to go more.. so they don't follow the schedule that they present at all!!! Think it's so bad when there were more couples with kids who wanted to go. So why to have the schedule that driver ers are not following?!?!.... that was a huge disappointment.
