That market tour was excellent and the foods I ate had been prepared with purified water .
Unfortunately it was raining when we went up the cable car.

Really enjoyed learning from the guide. I was not at all familiar with Ecuador and I learned a lot. I chose this tour because I didn't have a full day. It was great to be able to see both the cable cars and the markets in the limited time I had.

I wouldn't recommend doing the cable car on your first day in Quito. I had a hard time with the altitude. It's good to have a bit of time for your body to get used to the altitude before you go higher. Unfortunately it was foggy on the day I went but I was able to see some birds and learn about the trees.
