Great experience! I would recommend. I took the shuttle from the airport to my hostel. I was the only 1 in the shuttle that morning. The driver was in time abs meet you inside. Before the day, they sent a picture of where to meet in the airport.

It was an incredible experience, Ricardo was very kind, they picked us up on time, I talked to him during the trip and I could not have had a better introduction to Ecuador, I learned a lot on the trip, it was short even though the traffic was heavy, he has a lot of knowledge and an incredible attitude, the car was very comfortable, we made a small stop to buy water and go to the bathroom and had no problem, he recommended other tours and things to do in the city, it was great. Thank you Ricardo it was a great tour, I will definitely contact you again.

We used Go 4 Shuttle several times while we were in Quito in 2020 and cannot recommend them enough for their good service. We conveniently booked from Canada and our pick-up at the airport in Quito was seamless. The driver was very competent and professional. When we returned from the Galapagos islands late in the evening and arrived at our accommodation we found that the lobby of the apartment that we rented was locked. Apparently the owner had not informed the security guard that we were coming and he refused to help us. Ricardo was amazing! Not only did he speak to the security guard in Spanish he also spoke to the owner and resolved the issue. Many other companies would have just dropped us off and we would have been left on an abandoned street with nowhere to stay! We are so grateful for Ricardo's assistance and his incredible professional standards. Again, we highly recommend Go 4 Shuttle.

Timeliness of pick-up. Two people came with each shuttle. They were always very courteous. Very safe driving.

Ricardo went above-and-beyond during my most recent pickup from the airport in Quito. There was a major accident and road closure on the road leading to the airport and the shuttle was stuck in the middle of it. Because of this, the shuttle could not reach the airport on time. I was waiting by the airport exit wondering what was going on (I didn't have cell service) when a taxi driver came up to me and asked if I was Robert. I said yes and he handed me his phone. It was Ricardo! He explained to me the situation and said he had contracted the cab driver who was already at the airport to pick me up and take me to my Airbnb due to the road closure. As we left the airport and approached the city, we passed the closure point and I could see over a mile of traffic at a complete stand still trying to get to the airport. I was so impressed by how Ricardo was able to solve this major problem and get me safely to my Airbnb. Absolutely incredible and I am so grateful for his service and dedication. Very highly recommended and 5-stars all around.

We used Go 4 Shuttle’s services as an airport transfer. Our driver, Ricardo made sure we had plenty of time to catch our flight and was an extremely safe driver. He arrived at our hotel right on time and was a pleasure to chat to throughout the journey. It was nice to get some insight and infitmation about Quito as we drove past certain areas. I booked with Go 4 Shuttle to travel between Quito to Papallacta, then Papallacta to the airport. Booking through their site was easy and straightforward, Ricardo was also responsive via email when I asked to update the pick up time. The drive over was very smooth and I appreciated the bonus commentary about the city and sights, even though he was just driving me between points A & B. I was picked up the next day by Marie and her brother and had a smooth ride to the airport. Both pick ups were extremely prompt and punctual. They all arrived early ahead of the discussed time and were actually waiting on me! Would recommend and book with them again.

Excelente servicio. Siempre a tiempo y con mucha simpatía y profesionalismo. Cuándo llegué al aeropuerto de Quito me esperaban con un letrero con mi nombre, manejan muy bien, con mucho cuidado. Les ocupé 3 veces adicionales para quehaceres en Quito, y luego una cuarta vez regresé de mi alojamiento al aeropuerto el día de mi retorno. Les recomiendo de la mejor manera.
