Description
Our driver will be waiting for you at the hotel address you provide us and show a sign with the name of the main passenger. If you have any trouble finding our drivers, please contact the phone number on your voucher. All incoming flights are monitored, so you are safe in case your arrival is delayed. This service is available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
Please allow us to provide you with your mobile phone number or cell phone number to contact you if there is any change or if our driver cannot see you at the meeting point. In confirmation, you also receive our 24/7 emergency number, and in case you have any questions, please contact us.

We used Go 4 Shuttle several times while we were in Quito in 2020 and cannot recommend them enough for their good service. We conveniently booked from Canada and our pick-up at the airport in Quito was seamless. The driver was very competent and professional. When we returned from the Galapagos islands late in the evening and arrived at our accommodation we found that the lobby of the apartment that we rented was locked. Apparently the owner had not informed the security guard that we were coming and he refused to help us. Ricardo was amazing! Not only did he speak to the security guard in Spanish he also spoke to the owner and resolved the issue. Many other companies would have just dropped us off and we would have been left on an abandoned street with nowhere to stay! We are so grateful for Ricardo's assistance and his incredible professional standards. Again, we highly recommend Go 4 Shuttle.Timeliness of pick-up. Two people came with each shuttle. Ricardo went above-and-beyond during my most recent pickup from the airport in Quito. There was a major accident and road closure on the road leading to the airport and the shuttle was stuck in the middle of it. Because of this, the shuttle could not reach the airport on time. I was waiting by the airport exit wondering what was going on (I didn't have cell service) when a taxi driver came up to me and asked if I was Robert. I said yes and he handed me his phone. It was Ricardo! He explained to me the situation and said he had contracted the cab driver who was already at the airport to pick me up and take me to my Airbnb due to the road closure. As we left the airport and approached the city, we passed the closure point and I could see over a mile of traffic at a complete stand still trying to get to the airport. I was so impressed by how Ricardo was able to solve this major problem and get me safely to my Airbnb. Absolutely incredible and I am so grateful for his service and dedication. Very highly recommended and 5-stars all around.5* service. Prompt pick up at agreed time. Safe driving. Allowed me to nap in peace :) Price was much cheaper compared to normal taxi.
