It was our first time doing ATV and Zip lining. We really enjoyed it, and Alberto (our tour guy) was amazing. However, it was a short and sweet ride on the ATV around 30-45 min or less, and so it was the zip lining. If you are into any of these activities, then you might find this tour too simple.

De entrada, carísimo, impuntual y el personal entrenado a exigir propina y quisiera destacar varias cosas: En el mencionado “lunch” nos dejaron en el restaurante sin decirnos a que hora nos iban a recoger, como haciendo tiempo para que durara más la experiencia. De entrada, carísimo, impuntual y el personal entrenado a exigir propina y quisiera destacar varias cosas: En el mencionado “lunch” nos dejaron en el restaurante sin decirnos a que hora nos iban a recoger, como haciendo tiempo para que durara más la experiencia. Otra cuestión fue que cuando ibamos a snorkelear pregunté si era posible hacerlo sin chaleco, ya que habíamos varios con experiencia en ello y muy prepotente el encargado me dijo que no podía hacer lo que quisiera y que me acatara a las reglas y que solo ellos podían hacerlo por “protección al arrecife” siendo que con sus mismas aletas le pegaban a los corales. Además nos cambiaron el punto de encuentro a uno más lejos un día antes, queríamos cancelar y nos dijeron que si lo haciamos no nos iban a devolver nada. Estoy muy decepcionada porque se ve que le encajan el colmillo a los turistas, como venta de tequila disfrazada de “cata tequilera”, además te siguieren que dejes tu celular en el locker con el pretexto de que “se va a mojar” pero nos percatamos de que lo hacen para que no te puedas tomar fotos, ellos hacerlo y asi vendertelas a 50 dólares. También te exigen dejar un depósito para el locker que luego devuelven pero te insinúan que lo dejes de propina.motoresaldaz

Es el tour más engañoso de todos , la recojida en el hotel fue lo mejor de todo, a tiempo y en una van en buenas condiciones pero era sólo la pantalla, el tour me pareció una ganga , supuse que por el tiempo que vivimos, pero no ,la realidad era otra, el tour fue una pérdida de tiempo, no se como...
Es el tour más engañoso de todos , la recojida en el hotel fue lo mejor de todo, a tiempo y en una van en buenas condiciones pero era sólo la pantalla, el tour me pareció una ganga , supuse que por el tiempo que vivimos, pero no ,la realidad era otra, el tour fue una pérdida de tiempo, no se como pueden existir las buenas opiniones si de las 28 personas que estábamos al menos 20 estaban furiosas, para empezar de la entrada a la primera actividad pasaron como 1.5 horas ( sin exagerar) ,te dan explicaciones como si fuera un parque real, hasta nos asustamos con las explicaciones de seguros de vida y pagos de daños a susdeficientes instalaciones y decadentes atv's, las cuales eran aparte de inseguras ,un peligro para cualquiera puesto que se calientan a un nivel de derretimiento, mi esposa y mi hijo se quemaron sin tocar nada ,solamente lo que despedían, y no tienen ningún botiquín ni nada para atender algún problema, a pesar de. anunciarse como parque extremo. Las supuestas tirolesas son un chiste , te hacen detenerte para que no se note, pero las podrías recorrer en 2 minutos máximo, creo que serían adecuadas para niños ,pero no para adultos, las atv's literalmente son unos cuarentones, el cenote solamente te dejan 8 minutos literal, a pesar que te prometen 20, la comida incluida son 2 tacos de cochinito, los cuales fue lo mejor del tour, en fin ,por el amor de dios nunca asistan ,es una blasfemia , yo cai en los comentarios de esta página sin saber que ellos los ponen, el peor tour del mundo sin duda.antoniocB4569OB
