We really enjoyed our walking tour with Old Town Tours. Our guide, Lily, was very knowledgeable and shared many interesting stories and facts about Niagara-on-the-Lake. In fact, she just about convinced us to move to the town! We also experienced great customer service, and had a lot of fun throughout the tour. We would recommend this experience to anyone visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake.They never showed up. Did not have the decency to communicate that they weren’t showing up. We had the first tour of the morning. Unbelievably unprofessional. Would not trust them. Requested a refund. Terribly disappointed
