We booked this tour with Claude, he was so informative on the World Wars. Very pleasant tour guide, he took us to all the memorials that we wanted to see. Gave us insight on many happenings of the war. Pleasant driver clean van, answered all of our many questions along the way. We were with him for 12 hours and he was wonderful. If you ever want a GREAT Tour guide then Claude is your man. We cannot thank him enough for a once in a lifetime experience to Vimy Ridge , Flanders Fields, Battle Hill 62 Ypres, The Last Post and many more stops. We will most definitely be telling our Friends to look Claude up when in Brugges.

The handouts he gave us at end of the trip .. were not in order and some we backwards.
He should have had a map that showed the area and what was happening in the war on the map .. and where the fronts were etc ... key battles etc ...
Should explain where we are going and what the significance was to the war etc ...

Claude was a wonderful tour guide for this trip. He was very knowledgeable on the history of different battles and explained them while showing us where the front lines were. Most memorable was the Canadian Vimy Memorial and the Passchendaele Museum. We were not rushed as in larger groups and as it was a private tour, we were able to see more sites than larger bus groups. We also received an information booklet at the end of the tour of all the sites we visited.Claude was a fantastic guide. Very passionate and knowledgeable about WWI and the battlefields. We focused on the Canadian experience and he helped to make the day memorable. Would recommend Claude to anyone who is interested in spending the day in remembrance.
