Emmanuel made our experience in Barcelona effortless, fun and enriching. His English is excellent and his service is superb. He even recommended some amazing restaurants and gave us the best tour we’ve ever had. He anticipated our every wish. He shared so much more about the culture, the people and the heart of the region than any other tour possibly could. He gave us wonderful suggestions and followed up on many travel details for us. We (3 couples) had about 7 hours to kill. We hired Emmanuel through Viator. He was at the designated meeting place on time. We wanted to visit Montserrat first and then a short tour in Barcelona for the 1 couple that had not been there Emmanuel was very helpful with suggestions and options that helped manage our time, particularly at Montserrat. When we returned to Barcelona, he recommended a very fine tapas/pinchos place to eat with a half hour for shopping. We then had an hour tour of Barcelona. He delivered us to the airport on time Emmanuel's plan based on our requirements was exactly what we were hoping for. I would highly recommend using Emmanuel
