When we landed at Marseille airport, we had received a text from our driver that he was there already and waiting for us. He met us as exited from the baggage claim area and took our bags to the car. The ride to our hotel was great. Excellent communication with both the company and the driver for my pickup from Marseille airport to Aix-en-Provence and return the following week. My flight came in a bit delayed so my driver wasn’t in the arrivals hall but was able call me via What’s App and we found him very quickly just outside the exit. We felt safe being driven by him and the car was clean.
