J.Carlos educated us on Chilean wines as he drove us through the mountains to our hotel. Great experience!

Was not pleased with the driver. On arrival in the airport lounge, looked for the driver, who was chatting with the second driver. He said "hello".and all I asked him was how come he didn't have a sign saying Viator and he snapped at me. He said I was rude and I should have said "hello" to him first. Then he proceeded to say, he waited for us for so long. I thought the driver is suppyto check the arrival time of the flight before coming to the airport. We are 10 persons and it takes time to get through immigration and baggage pick up etc. My first impression of Santiago was not very good.

The whole experience was seamless as we got picked up on time and were delivered to the port safely and efficiently!

Just happy to finally get there. We should have arrived at noon, but it was 3 PM until we finally got there due to scheduling delays and traffic.

Raul was delightful! On time and a lively ride to the port. Would absolutely recommend using them. We learned a bit about Chile and Raul's life. Love the personal immersion.

He was an hour late picking us up. He said there was bad traffic but there is always bad traffic. Luckily we had left plenty of time to get to our cruise ship.

Juan Carlos did great. He’s very welcoming and helpful. He did an excellent job communicating with me through WhatsApp. Claudia also communicated with me very well and was easy to work with. It was a very good experience.

Carlos met us at the airport on time. He was very courteous and helpful with our luggage. We'd book him again.

We made reservations for pick up time 10:30, the driver told us last minute that due to “Traffic “ he has to change the pick up time to 8 am. There is no traffic whatsoever, when we are having our breakfast at the hotel, the driver told us he is already at our hotel. 2:30 hour be for our reserved pick up time. It’s not professional.

We made Resv to be picked up at 10am and dropped at Port for our cruise at 12 noon. MTO called and said we needed to leave early because traffic. We left early per their request and ended up getting to Port 1:45 min early and brought to wrong place. Then we found out the reason they wanted our group to leave early was because they made another resv for another group. MTO did not plan and was not very good at delivery. We had to get a Celebrity representative at the Port to help or else we would be stuck. Would not recommend MTO transfers to Port.

Our driver was punctual, friendly, and helpful. We had a smooth, comfortable, private trip from our hotel in Santiago to the cruise port in San Antonio, Chile for only a little more than the cruise company would have charged to pack us into their bus. We made a smart choice!

After his 7:30 am conformation of our 9am pick up time, our driver went silent on us until he arrived well after 10am. We didn't mind the lateness and we arrived at our destination in enough time; but we're irked about his long radio silence

Very poor communication. Our van did not respond to use in the morning and did not show up until noon. It appears that they picked up others heading to the cruise port early in the morning and then picked us up after then returned from the trip. That is fine overall, but the lack of communication with whatsapp was frustrating. They only responded when I threatened to cancel completely. The driver was a nice guy, just communicate with us next time. Just say, "hey, it will be noon, but we are coming" and it would be all ok.

No respect for my time, Unreliable, Horrible communication. First red flag was that the said they would pick up at “12 am (noon)” - which is contradictory. I had to re-confirm that pick-up was 12PM (noon). Day of pick-up, I reached out to them at 12:05pm bc the driver hadn’t showed up (we took 2 other tours in Santiago and both tour operators showed up early) and we wanted to make sure they were coming bc we couldn’t be late. I had a back and forth Whatsapp exchange with several ppl (tour company, driver dispatcher?, driver?), and they would not provide an updated ETA. In this modern world with Google Maps and Waze at our fingertips, how can you not provide an ETA? Since I do not speak Spanish, we asked our concierge to help call them. No answer and our concierge told us that MTO didn’t show up to pick up another couple earlier that morning. This demonstrates a pattern of flakiness and FRAUD (for collecting money without rendering services). After 45 minutes of waiting and unreturned Whatsapp messages, we finally had to book a taxi. We had to be somewhere in Valparaiso and could not be late, and their tardiness put the rest of our trip/vacation in jeopardy.

While the driver was punctual, he never said a word to us for the entire trip. The vehicle he used was not the newer vehicle I would have expected for a trip like this. It was no doubt his personal high mileage vehicle that showed the mess of everyday use (junk in the back where our luggage went).

Good communication, easy to locate. Found our driver at the door he told us to be at. No issues. The drive was about 2 hours or more.

Easy booking. Good communication from the company. Good communication from the driver regarding pickup. Experienced driver, knew where he was going. Reasonable English.
