What to expect
There are luggage restrictions of two bags per person. Your driver will take you directly to your flight terminal to your hotel or port. No hidden fees and other charges. Our friendly representative will be holding up a sign with your name on it at either the international or domestic exit gates. No fuss. No hassles.

Our driver drove us safely to the port and was on time. The van was filthy inside and out. It looked like he had driven on a muddy road.

The driver was very pleasant and helpful. An excellent service.

We booked and paid for a transfer with Tours4Fun from The RQ Santiago hotel to San Antonio cruise port. Unfortunately our cruise was cancelled due to the Corona Virus. We thought it polite to let the company know that we wouldn't be needing the car. On phoning the company my husband was met by a rude and irate man, shouting so loudly that everyone in the hotel reception could hear him through the phone. We thought maybe due to language barriers we had said the wrong thing so we asked the hotel receptionist to speak to the man, she too got a torrent of abuse. We wont be trying to get a refund as I want nothing whatsoever to do with this company. I WOULD NOT recommend them at all.We never used the service. Our cruise was cancelled! I hope the company gives a full refund as other companies have been very understanding in this critical situation. Thank you for your assistance.
