What to expect
Travel from Florence Airport to your city center hotel in Florence, in a comfortable private 20 minutes operated by sedan for up to 3 persons or an 8 seater minivan depending on your choice.
Meet your professional driver, who will holding a signboard with your name on it, at the Arrival Hall of Florence Airport.
Your driver will escort you to your vehicle, help you with your luggage, if necessary, and deliver you directly to any hotel in the Florence area.

- Confirmation will be received at time of booking

- Please provide all details of your booking: date of arrival, flight details and the name of your hotel, details of hand and hold luggage
- This transfer operates between 8AM and 9PM. For any pick up time not included in this timing range there will be a supplement not included to be paid directly to the driver
- The driver will wait for you at the Florence Airport meeting point for a maximum of 60 minutes.
- Refunds will not be given in the case of flight delays, cancellation or flight diversion
- The journey time from airport to central hotel is 20-25 minutes
- Cancellation/ amendments must be made at least 24 working hours before the scheduled time of service
- There is a supplement for hotels outside of the Florence city area.Please ask for more details
- In case we didn’t receive any physical problem notification regarding clients health will note be responsible for any inconvenience
- Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking, paying a supplement
- Photographs are intended to illustrate vehicle type only; your vehicle may be different from what is pictured

I have used services like this company in past but this is the first time, I was left with bags in hand. My saga started with our airline changing flights and times. I communicated as quickly as I could on departure day via email messages. Once landing in Frankfurt, further delay occurred. Since it was a Sunday, the agency had provided the driver contact info. I called and explained the situation. Driver informed me he was committed to another arrival but would try. I explained flight delay might get us into Florence by time he dropped off other party. When arriving into Florence on a much delayed flight, I called driver who said he had been to airport and left for another pick up. I asked what to do and his answer was to take a taxi or train. I asked if another driver could pick us up but he said he was just a driver and agency was closed. We ended up taking a taxi to our hotel. I contacted the company and asked for refund. Viator and I went a couple of rounds of emails where I insisted a refund was due because my delay was not my fault but the airline. I should not have had to work that hard to or stumble around jet lagged to make things right. So, if you want to use this company for airport transfer, just be sure that your plane is on time by flying the plane yourself.Excellent! A portiguese fluent driver, super nice and helpful. We now have to scramble to find another car service to accommodate our party of six. If they can't even keep their reservations, not sure how dependable they would have been with the actual pick up? Our driver was at the airport baggage area waiting on us and he put us in a clean, modern van for the 35 minute transfer directly to our hotel. He spoke English and answered our many questions along the way. Our reurn transport back to the airport went as scheduled; on time and very direct. We missed our connection in Paris. I called as that morning two hours before our scheduled arrival time to arrange for a later pick-up. I was informed that the driver would be their at our scheduled time, would wait 30 or so minutes and if we did not show we would be charged. Rescheduling a later time was not possible. Our rescheduled flight was 3 hours later so we were simply out transportation and money. Took a cab. It was cheaper. Don't waste your money on this service. Not worth it.Wasn't happy at all. They weren't waiting when we got off the plane. Waited a while and called. Still took over 30 minutes to pick us up. Would have just taken a Taxi if I could have found a way to cancel. There were plenty of taxi's waiting.
