Unfortunately this company cancelled our booking 2 hours prior to pick up. This is after confirming the day before and supplying drivers name etc. I attempted to ring their number - no response, so I rang the driver, who then contacted the company. When I eventually got to speak to them (while standing in line at Vienna airport to board our flight to Berlin) they stated that a "drop off address" had not been provided. This was untrue, the drop off address was provided to GET YOUR GUIDE company that I used to book the transfer. It was also provide by a direct email from me to TALIXO , giving flight details and exact drop off address. I sent a copy of this email to the company this am. Only response sorry for inconvenience and contact Get Your Guide for a refund. If I could give this company zero stars I would, Very poor customer service. Very disappointing.JohnsonEG

The driver waited in front of another terminal, when he should be out of our terminal exit to guide us to the car. The car was dirty, no music, and the driver was talking on the phone. On the way back, the other driver came 20' earlier and when we came to the car he was angry with us because we were not on time!!! Very rude!!! He demanded us to appear 20' earlier !!!! The service needs immediate improvement!!
