We will take the Metro Cable in the San Javier station, in the west of the city, however in the same place we can appreciate the B line of the Metro.
Here we will enjoy an unparalleled view, with the aim of being a little closer to the neighborhoods that make up Comuna 13.

Comuna 13’s history is something else…The tour came with a pick up and drop off. I had Oscar as my English speaking tour guide. The tour was very personal and set at my pace. Oscar took time to make sure I had a chance to stop and see everything I wanted along the way. I learned a lot but had so much fun.

Carlos collected me promptly in his air-conditioned SUV. Friendly, welcoming and experienced we planned what to visit. We hit downtown first and he showed me the historical centre, providing tips along the way should I return on my own. We then drove to where we would catch the cable car and took a ride up so I could see the vast area of Comuna 13 and it's development. We then drove over to Las Independencias where we took the escalators up to see all the artwork and views. We stopped a couple of times for local snacks and drinks and Carlos also took photos for me. I felt like I'd aborbed a lot but it was also relaxing and he was happy to answer all the questions I had. I felt completely safe in his company. Highly recommended!
