First stop POSITANO: Our vehicles can enter the town of Positano saving you time and your legs! The 5-star, chic hotspot for the rich and famous. One hour free time to wander the traffic-free lanes, covered in magenta bougainvillaea, lined with linen shops, art galleries and cafes. As you make your way down through the vertical town you will pass by the main church and finally arrive at the seafront of the crystal-blue, Mediterranean sea.

Here we find the famous gardens of Villa Rufolo, with its breathtaking view over the Amalfi Coast. Long known as a retreat for great artists and writers follow in their footprints as you take a relaxing walk through the main town. Visit the local Cathedral, shopping alleys or simply enjoy a cool drink in the main Piazza, before meeting up again with your driver.

The main town along the Amalfi Coast. Take a short stroll to admire the stunning cathedral of St. Andrew with its excellent examples of medieval architecture with Moorish influence, along with the adjacent Cloister of Paradise. Visit the paper mill or just enjoy the main piazza and its shops.

We were cruising east coast of Italy and decided to hire APtours for a shore excursion. Our driver know as Alberto "Coca Cola", was expecting us at the Salerno port. He was very knowledgeable about the cities and places. We visited Pompeii, Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi Coast, Amalfi town and Ravelo. He took us to Pompeii (where a private guide was expecting us) and after two hours we headed/traveled through the beautiful Amalfi Coast. He took the time to explain everything and took pictures as requested. We totally recommend the tour and the tour guide. Our driver, Emilio, was waiting for us as we disembarked the ship and we were off for a full day of sightseeing. Emilio was great informing us of Italian history, the Amalfi coast, and driving along the narrow roads. Well before our tour, we found that our dealings with Sarah were timely, accommodating and very professional. Initially booked as a private tour for 2, we had two extra friends join us, then two more, all within 48 hours of our tour. Sarah accommodated these changes without hassle, which was quite comforting as we were in transit in other parts of Italy. The quality of the driver, vehicle and actual tour, was superb and just like the itinerary describes. The Amalfi Coast area is awe inspiring, busy, with lots of winding roads and great photo opportunities. We are so glad that we did this as a small group tour and not a large bus, as we were nimble enough to get through the traffic congestion and personalise our time in each of the 3 towns we visited. We also opted for the fantastic boat tour at Amalfi, which gives a whole new perspective on the area, plus some enlightening commentary on board.
