Flights are monitored to know your actual arrival time, don't worry if your flight is delayed, Your assigned driver will be waiting for you.
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
After clearing immigration and customs, proceed towards the exit, look for counter N.15 in terminal B or Counter N.17 in terminal A, we are located in the Tour Operator Arrival Hall.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

Terrible experience, while they did pick us up upon arrival, when I messaged to confirm pick up from resort back to airport the response I got confirmed pick up time for the time.of my flight even after I specified we needed to arrive 3 hours early. I messaged again for confirmation and got no response, the resort tried calling 3 different numbers multiple times for me and no one answered. We ended up having to get a taxi and pay an additional charge. I would not recommend and will not be using his service again. We didn't not get cold bottled water at first pick up.Sophia_C
