Itinerary
Orienteering combines good physical condition with mental alertness. It includes navigation as well as finding control points. It is an individual sport, the winner of which is the one who finds the points in the shortest possible time. The competitor has to solve many orientation problems while at the same time having to maintain a fast running pace in order to complete the race in the shortest possible time.
Orienteering requires maps that have been designed with specific standards, in which points have been marked. Each athlete chooses the route to follow from one point to another, based on his physical condition and his ability to orient. He can walk, run or enjoy the route and nature, making it a sport suitable for all ages and interests.

When I think Ios, I think George. Tasked with planning a bachelor party on Ios, I first struggled to schedule the island activities. Eventually, I found George and I am incredibly thankful that I did. George helped me to plan and execute a memorable day with numerous activities, including boating, snorkeling, cliff diving, wine tasting, cheese making, local storytelling, and touring of Chora. Moreover, George is a fantastic storyteller and a true ambassador for his native island of Ios. He helps you get local quick! If you’re visiting Ios, then you need to see George!
