We saw some places on our north shore tour that were off-the-beaten path. I appreciated that effort. However, his van WILL NOT accommodate six passengers comfortably. Two had to crawl into the third row seat. We were waaaay too old for that. Also, those in the back could h...
Dan is very nice. We saw some places on our north shore tour that were off-the-beaten path. I appreciated that effort. However, his van WILL NOT accommodate six passengers comfortably. Two had to crawl into the third row seat. We were waaaay too old for that. Also, those in the back could hear NOTHING of his commentary. One of the back passengers suggested that he invest in some sort of a sound system so all passengers would be able to hear. My suggestion is for him to simply udate his vehicle so he has one that doesn't rattle wich would also help those in the back be able to hear better. The tour was over-priced. We had been on food tours of the north shore that cost about the same as this tour. THE FOOD PRICES WERE INCLUCED IN THE FOOD TOUR PRICE. With The Real Hawaii we even had to buy our own garlic shrimp lunch and ice cream on the way home.We have enjoyed many private tours in various cities...this was one of the best. Dan is knowledageble, friendly, and experienced. If you're seeking an overview of the east and north shores, don't miss this tour!
