Stop At: La Herradura, La Herradura, Almunecar, Province of Granada, Andalucia
Private open air tour through the only coffee plantation in Europe and up to 30 types of tropical fruits. We will see avocados, mangoes, custard apples, lychees, red bananas, macadamias, pitayas and many more exotic trees.
With a bit of luck we will be able to observe wild animals such as chameleons, eagles, partridges, owls, wild goats and wild boars.
As a culmination we will be able to visit the most northern coffee plantation in the world and the only one in Europe.
During the walk we will share our sustainable agricultural practices, biological balance and the closing of the circle of water and matter.
There is a steep slope so it is recommended to avoid the hottest hours of the day, to bring comfortable and closed shoes and to hydrate properly. If you have any allergies to plants or pollen, we recommend that you consult us beforehand.

Una visita guiada muy interesante. El guia fue muy profesional con anécdotas muy simpáticas y entrañables, muy cercano y cariñoso en el trato. Se pudo degustar sus productos de excelente calidad mientras se hacía el recorrido. Nos enseñó varias plantaciones desde la de mango aguacates y café en la parte baja hasta la plantación más alta de plataneras, nísporos, nueces macadamia, almendras, etc,. Mención especial al aceite delicioso que se puede adquirir en el cortijo familiar que es la etapa final. Obsequio de degustación que se agradeció. Más de 2 horas de caminatas y exposiciones.
