The Pedicab was a good way to see Solvang, and hear the background history of the town. We did think the tour was going to be a little longer, so just a little bummed about that -- but still very glad we took the Pedicab tour and would recommend it.

Our 4th Grade Learning Pod was headed on a California History Field Trip to the Santa Barbara area and we wanted to use Solvang as an example of early exploration. I reached out to JoWanda to rent a pedicab but when she heard about our trip she offered to do a walking tour of Solvang for our group. The girls absolutely loved learning a mix of the history of the city and what life is like in modern day. She was very knowledge and great with kids and adults alike. She truly saved the day for this part of our trip and we highly recommend her for other trips of this type.We loved seeing the local neighborhoods were the locals live it is something you don’t think of doing. Justin was great. Loved seeing some of the historical buildings off the beaten path. Wine tasting was a great way ending the tour.

I was really impressed by her bike skills. The wine tasting after was great. The ladies at Casa Cassara were super nice and the wine was great too.

Where to begin. Dealing with your tour was the most horrible experience I have ever had. Not only was it unprofessional, it was unsafe. The tour operator privately contacted me the day of to inform me his bike was broken and and he had to delay by 30 minutes. It ended up being over an hour. I had to cancel later plans for my anniversary. Beyond that he brought his girlfriend and child to meet with me and tell me to “sit put in a car park” where he would pick me up at 12:30. He then left us standing there with no contact for well over 20 minutes and informed us to meet him in a park where he continued to tinker on his bike. He was disheveled and unprofessionally. Wreaking of grease and body odor from frantically working on his bike. This was THE Worst experience and completely ruined our weekend as I had to cancel plans due to YOU GUYS NOT BEING ABLE TO BE ON TIME. I could not be more angry and upset. Please contact me on how you wish to rectify this. I would like to give you an opportunity before I post this review publicly.
