It was an excellent experience for us. The guide was super nice, not only knowledgeable but also well prepared for everything. He is the best guide we’ve ever met. We 100% enjoyed the Plitvice Lakes National Park without having being annoyed by the crowd thanks to his well-prepared guide. For example, he had got tickets for us so that we don’t have to wait for a long time in a queue to enter the park. Moreover, he took us to the best route that majority of the visitors don’t choose. He also let us notice every wonderful detail about the beauty and dynamics of the park that we could never recognise without his understandable, elaborated explanation. On the way to the park, you can also see the history of Croatian war as well as enjoy a peaceful break at Rastoke village. I was a bit surprised the night before that our tour guide wasn't Jakov but Tony did an excellent job. He was at our hotel early. We had a wonderful day with Tony. He shared his experiences with us and that helped to pass the time on the drive. He was very aware and considerate that my parents are older and made adjustments as needed. My parents commented that he was a safe driver. I highly suggest booking with The Guide. I would also recommend going to Plitvice National Park.
