During this guided city walk we will pass the most impressive part of our capital. The guide will tell everything about Amsterdam’s origin, the oldest buildings and monuments, mysterious sculptures, famous churches, squares and Amsterdam’s Chinatown.
If the guests would like to visit the Red Light District, the guide can take them where the “ladies of pleasure” have been performing their profession for centuries. If you have any questions concerning this neighbourhood, do not hesitate to ask during the interactive tour. The guide knows everything about recent developments, community policy, the tolerant way of thinking and the normal ‘day-to-day’ life of the people living in this ancient part of town.
Pausing this tour, the guests will make a stop at a nice bar for a drink. We can include a beverage in the price.
In between, there is of course enough time for questions and discussion. An interactive and entertaining city walk of about 2 hours.
An exciting and varied tour to all the highlights of Amsterdam with a lot of nice stories about the history of the city.
The tour was way too expensice. We did see too less sights.
Our Chinese delegation was highly satisfied with the Chinese-speaking guide.
We were all very satisfied with our guide.
Our guide took our wishes into account. It was a very nice and intensive tour, questions were answered competently. But still, the price is at the upper price limit.
The tour was too touristic: On the left is the house of..., on the right is this and that... no history of Amsterdam. The guide almost ran over the market, lost some people. He was in a hurry. The next tour is already waiting.
