The Gateway of India is an arch monument built during the 20th century in Mumbai, India. The monument was erected to commemorate the landing of King-Emperor George V and Queen-Empress Mary at Apollo Bunder on their visit to India in 1911

Mehadi Khan was a great tour leader,driver and made a new friend too!! He took me around Mumbai's important places to see, introduced me to the old and new places of Mumbai city,saw all the heritage and history of Mumbai vibrant city and people.Felt very sad to see the slums,where poverty and poor people live,but I believe people from India are the most polite,most welcoming and happiest people I ever met. Mehadi was one of the best persons I ever met.Very polite and helpful, explained everything to me with every detail of this beautiful city and history of it,went also to Getaway Arch,the Marina walk , or the Queen's necklace and crossed the big bridge,where we took many photos from an old fort,next to it. I want to say I big thank you from my heart for this lovely experience of driving all Mumbai around and especially I was happy and felt always safe with my driver and friend Mehadi.Never felt afraid or unsafe through the whole experience. Also a big thank you to the company of Taxi Bazaar,who made me this experience so unforgettable and pleasant.
