Picked up our family of six at Newark airport and returned us 4 days later to Teterboro airport. I was nervous about booking an unkown company in NYC but it was TERRIFIC service. Both drivers kept in constant communication with us, were friendly, professional and on time. The SUV was comfortable and clean. We were impressed with the service and will definitely recommend them to friends when they are in NYC. I particularly like that Jet Black provided the drivers' phone numbers so we never felt 'on our own'. Thank you Xinwei and Ahmed, the drivers. Rates were very reasonable for NYC.

Had this trip booked for pickup at hotel to go to EWR to make sure we have room for 6 people and 6 pieces of luggage. Our flight got canceled and had to rebook for next day out of different airport. They were accommodating. The driver, Ahmed, was great. He arrived 20 minutes early and waited patiently for us and the Cadillac Escalade was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Good news. We got where we were going. On the other hand, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the driver. Car was okay, comfortable, but top shelf. Engine died coming out of tunnel, but he got it restarted after short delay. The driver was super nice and helpful.

We decided to arrange a surprise for our kids on our arrival at Newark with a stretch limo transfer to our accommodation in West New York. I had various questions beforehand that were answered fully and quickly. On arrival my UK cell phone would not work but a couple of calls to the office quickly relayed our pickup location to our driver, who was with us very quickly thereafter. The transfer itself was very smooth, although fortunately I was concentrating and realised the driver was heading to the wrong address. He quickly realised the mistake and it didn’t take any longer in the end. The kids loved their surprise and I’ll be using JetBlack for our return transfer in a few weeks. Highly recommend.

I used their service for a trip from the airport to home and my flight just so happened to arrive earlier than expected(much earlier).
