Stop At: Yuyuan Old Street, Houjia Road, Fangbang Middle Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai 200001 China
Your private 3 hours tour will start at 7 PM. You will be picked up from your hotel lobby and sent to the Old Shanghai Town. You will take a short walk there to see the famous Nine-Zigzag Bridge and surrounding buildings. If the weather nice you will see the beautiful contrasts between the old and new buildings from the two sides of Huangpu River.
Duration: 40 minutes
Stop At: Huangpu River Cruise, 153 or 291Zhongshan Dong Er Lu (Zhongshan East2nd Rd), 外滩黄浦区 China, 200120
After the walk, take the evening cruise on the Hungpu River. You will have VIP class tickets which offer the best view of the famous colonial-era buildings alongside the Bund including the Peace Hotel with its unique pyramid roof in blazing green and the Customs House with its large clock tower and modern towers on Pudong Side such as Pearl Tower, Shanghai Tower and Bottle Opener.

Stop At: Pudong New Area, Shanghai 200120 China
After the cruise experience, you will be transferred to Pudong Lujiazui Commercial and Business Area, which is the newly developed part of Shanghai city since 1990. You will surprise how the Chinese people make so many big buildings in 20 years.

Stop At: Xintiandi, Lane 181, Taicang Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai 200021 China
At last, you will see the former French Concession at Xin Tian Di where the old fashion architecture style of Shanghai stone gate neighbors with the newly renovated nightlife district with many boutiques, pubs and restaurants. Here you can spend time on your own or continue back to your hotel with your tour guide.

I was a little apprehensive about being a solo female on a tour at night but Shanghai is a very safe city and Mark took great care of me. There are many other tours that do the river cruise bit I'd recommend you book this one as you also get to walk around Old Shanghai area as well as crossing the river to all the sjyscrapers in New Shanghai for a close up view. The cruise itself is also very special as the VIP ticket makes a real difference to be on the top deck and take great photos without even leaving your seat!What more than I say then was excellent experience. This tour is completely incredible. We sailed through the peaceful waters of the river that allowed us to appreciate the spectacle that all the colors of the tall buildings give. Very beautiful. The quiet boat trip along the river is beautiful and the stillness of its waters allowed us to make several video recordings that will allow us to remember the beauty of the Shanghai landscape. Additionally, the color of the buildings in the old city of Shanghai are truly beautiful. The guide who accompanied us during the tour (Tom) was always very concerned about each one of us. My 87-year-old mother was delighted with the care she received from the guide. We had a spectacular time throughout the tour. We really had a great time and we got a very positive opinion from the people and in general from all of Shanghai.
