Just as you will be leaving Mexico, your driver will be waiting in the hotel lobby or right in front of the building. This is a private transfer which means that you will not share a car with anyone apart from your booking. The cars used for this service are less than 5 years old. Private transfers can make your stay much more simple and enjoyable.

- Each passenger may carry one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 20 kg and maximum size of 158 cm. Please note that we may charge extra for each additional item.
- Please be advised, that your driver will be waiting for you within 15 minutes from requested pick-up time.
- We recommend to set the pick up time at least 3, 5 hours prior to the plane departure (default pick up time).

We had a 6am pickup scheduled for a 9:20am Monday flight. Driver did not show and the office wasn’t answering its phone at that hour. The previous night I had called the company to confirm for the following morning and they claimed I hadn’t paid. I read them my booking confirmation number and gave them the date of the confirmation e-mail. So no excuses. Ended up taking an Über, which are readily available and safe.Farah_A

This was a great way to get to airport from my hotel. Uber sometimes does not have availability when it comes to trips to and from the airport. This was a good option. The only problem, which is an ongoing problem with Viator, is communication. You get a confirmation and a ticket, but no way to contact them for confirmation of time pickup to the airport. The numbers listed on the booking are useless, since no one pick up, or you get a message that the number is not available. I’ve contacted them on WhatsApp and get a message the next day; which is unhelpful if you need assistance today. My driver came at 9am (I never received confirmation of what time he would arrive). The great thing is, he was patient and waited for me as I checked out and retrieved my bags.Lynn_B

Unfortunately my husband got nervous and wanted to keep making changes to hotel departure time. (multiple times!) Even though we had to cancel- and gladly paid the fee as the last change/cancellation was under the 24 hour limit. The driver still attempted to contact me (I was unavailable at the time). I hope he was paid as it was not his or the services fault. I still would recommend this company as they attempted to provide the service they were contracted to do.
