The private departure from central Florence could not have gone smoother! A day before my departure the company emailed me the name of my driver and his cell phone number. He arrived to pick me up 5 minutes ahead of schedule and I made it to the airport with plenty of time.The driver never showed. Even after repeat email communication. Never answered the phone after waiting 45 min for them.
