Overall it was an okay ride from Toronto International Airport to a hotel in Niagara Falls.
Our ride arrived late because of the traffic (the driver said). The car smelt tobacco/cigarette very badly for us, non-smokers.

The driver then got lost in Toronto.We planned to be in Niagara Falls at 1,30. we arrived at 5.30! My husband booked the same driver for the next morning!! I would not have! I thought they would have offered us a discount because of the fiasco the day before.NO
