Communicated that the onboarding started at 8am, but wanted to be picked up at 10am. Although, this communication was confirmed, they arrived at 8am and left at 9am. Took until 11am to get them back there and communication was a little bit of a struggle. In the end, we were picked up and taken to our hotel successfully without any issues.We were truly satisfied with the service. Driver was on time and kept us informed of the arrival time. The vehicle we were pick up in was also very comfortable and accommodated 9 pieces of luggage my family and I were carrying.

Beaucoup de sites indiquent de prendre le bus 35 au départ de la place de la Joliette vers le terminal de croisiere à Marseille. Ce bus vous dépose le long d'une voie rapide sans trop d'explication. S'en suivra bien 20 à 25mn de marche pour rejoindre votre terminal (COSTA est au A donc tout au bout....) Il existe un bus gratuit qui part de la place de la Joliette et qui remonte tout le port. Il vous faudra marcher un peu malgré tout pour rejoindre votre terminal d'embarquement à l'arrivée du bus mais c'est tout à fait faisable. Vous trouverez place de la Joliette, une entrée piétons pour le port. C'est indiqué. Le bus est là. Et ça fonctionne dans les 2 sens. Did not use this service. Got a message the day before debarkation that the car company wanted to move pickup to later at 9:30 am. As we’d never come off a cruise in Barcelona and our flight home from the airport was scheduled for 1 pm, we thought this would be ok. Morning of debarkation we walked off the ship with our bags and were ready to go at 7:30 am. Rather than stand in the hot sun for 2 hours waiting for the car, we grabbed an easy taxi. Glad we did. The airport was a CRUSH and we are in our mid 70’s. By the time we checked our bags, found the security check, picked up lunch and walked to our gate we had maybe sort of an extra hour before boarding. Viator was great for our other tours, but so so on the timing for the car to the airport.Xavier was great! He answered questions in advance and texted me the day before to confirm. He was on-time and our transport to the airport was seamless.
