Our walking tour guide Ashley was excellent, she gave us lots of interesting insights into the history of the colleges we wouldn't otherwise have known. The live experience is far more rewarding than reading in a guide book. Afterwards we went on to Granta punting tours and the young man, who was studying medicine at Trinity Hall was a mine of information showing us the incredible beauty of the backs where you see so much more of the colleges from the water.Ben was knowledgeable and friendly. He was a real pleasure to spend time with. We enjoyed the tour and learned a lot.

The combined tours were awesome, even in February! Our walking guide, Francesco, was a delight, knowledgeable, and kind. He was open to questions, funny, and also conversed with our seven year old about dinosaurs and sharks. He was Covid conscious, wearing a mask throughout the tour. Learning we are from Washington, DC, Francesco factored in some of Washington's origin history. At the end of the tour, we had a small booking hiccup getting into King's College. He was helpful and did the best he could to troubleshoot the issue.* Overall, we learned about Cambridge and saw the beautiful campus. I highly recommend! *Adam was helpful in sorting this out. Luckily, I had his phone number and he informed me of the issue and how to rectify quickly. Thank you, Adam! The weather worked out for punting! Our guide, Max, was hilarious! More importantly, he was quite knowledgeable, clarifying rumors and going that extra mile to inform and make us laugh. Personally, I have to commend Max for his literal flexibility! He bent backward to clear a bridge and it was beyond impressive – all while singing a song! Great tour and great person to interact with! I highly recommend!Very well aorganised.
