What to expect
Upon arrival at William P. Hobby Airport (HOU), you'll be met by your professional driver. Choose from either a sedan, for up to three passengers, or a sports utility vehicle, for up to five passengers. Once you’re settled comfortably in your spacious private vehicle, you’ll be driven straight to your downtown Houston, Medical Center or Galleria area accommodation.
Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per sports utility vehicle.

- The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions; please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

- Wheelchair accessible; please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required
- International arrivals: Your driver allows a waiting time of up to one hour; after that, you will be charged a convenience fee. Major credit cards are accepted and receipts are provided upon request

- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

Excellent experience! Our driver Gino was amazing and precise. He was an absolute joy. This was our first time in Houston and he told us some places to visit during our stay. I highly recommend using them. Always on time and courteous.

I highly recommend using them. Always on time and courteous.The driver was waiting for us. He even called me to check with me at the airport. Nice guy. Helped with our bags at the baggage claim. I think the service is a bit expensive for what we needed. But, easier for sure at rhe airport.

But, easier for sure at rhe airport.For $132 I would’ve gotten more for my money just getting an Uber SUV which I did for my departing flight and it was $157 and a better experience. I could say more but just schedule an Uber ahead of time so you’re not waiting.
