What to expect
Airport Arrival transfer
Upon your arrival, a professional driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall and holding a sign with the lead traveler's name printed on it. The driver will be tracking your flight, so if your flight is delayed or set for an early arrival, they will make sure to be available for you. After meeting your driver, head to the private vehicle awaiting you outside.
Hotel departure Transfer
A professional driver will be waiting for you at the hotel reception with a sign with the lead traveler's name printed on it. The driver will tracking your flight, so we know that you will be dropped off at the correct terminal.

- FLIGHT CANCELLED, FLIGHT DIVERTED, will have 100% charges
- FLIGHT DELAY If your flight is delayed up to 3 hours maximum, you don't need to do anything, our driver will be at the arrivals hall waiting your you,
- If the end clients flight or train is delayed by more than three hours from the estimated arrival time, or it is cancelled or diverted, leading to different arrival time, the end consumer must contact the service provider to confirm the new arrival time and availability of the service. In this case we reserve the right to apply an additional charges or no-show charge up to the full cost of the reservation. For Domestic & International Arrivals 2, the meeting point is STARBUCKS.

Great guys! The first gentleman that picked up us completely understood about the plane arrival delay. The second trip was wonderful too as we had a very early departure. Both men were so gracious, friendly and just a real pleasure to meet. Will definitely want to see them again.

Llegamos al aeropuerto de Edimburgo y no estaba el chofer, esperamos un momento pero nunca llego el transporte. Tuvimos que tomar un taxi y cuando estabamos llegando al hotel el chofer recién nos llamo diciendo que nos estaba esperando. Envie un correo a la empresa Viator para devolución de dinero , porque el cargo me lo realizaron a pesar que no se hizo el servicio.
