The entertainment from Prague Duo was excellent. The food was ok. The ham on the bone was particularly lovely. The River cruise vessel was clean and tidy. We had a table by the window- exclusive really very nice.

The view if the city was amazing!!!! Dinner was great. Waiters were very friendly. Overall a great evening with nice background music.

A really lovely modern boat with a full buffet and excellent service. I honestly can’t recommend this trip enough. The live band were absolutely excellent too.

Exceptional experience! Highly recommend the deluxe package. Very nice and tasty buffet meal, choice of wines, choice of desserts, super friendly staff. Evening cruise on a very modern large ship, enjoying the lights of the city at night. We'll worth it!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. If you really want to go, either book another company or do not buy the “deluxe ticket”. I recently moved to Prague and have a friend in town visiting, so we decided to do something fun on the water. We paid for the most expensive ticket and were seated on the worst part of the boat with fluorescent lights so you could barely even see outside at night - which is the whole purpose of the experience. It was also VERY hot and overly crowded as the buffet line overflowed into our room. We asked to move to the other section with the glass rooftop considering we purchased the most expensive ticket and they were unable to move us, which is understandable, however, everyone who paid for deluxe should have been in the room with the glass ceiling and live music. The deluxe room featured no music and all we could hear were the conversations of those around us. The only positive thing we got from the deluxe ticket was an included bottle of wine. You could tell a lot of the staff were doing their best and were lovely, however, when we mentioned our concerns - considering we paid over 100€ pp - we were met with some very condescending staff and no solution or offering to improve the situation. To make matters worse, there was no toilet paper in a number of the stalls in the bathroom. At the end of it all, everyone in the deluxe section was lined up ready to get off the boat. Super frustrating, disappointing, and unenjoyable experience for something we were very excited for. I have other visitors coming to stay with me in the coming months and I was hoping to bring them back on this experience, but unfortunately I will not be purchasing anything with them again.

Terrible experience. Would not recommend. We watched people take food and then put it back. It was boring. No sights. Not a lot of room to stand outside. Complete waste of money.

Overall the experience is overpriced. I paid roughly £220 for two tickets on the deluxe area of the boat. This allows you entry to the seating area at the front of the boat which is fully enclosed. You are given a welcome glass of fizzy wine on arrival and there is ONE bottle of red or white wine included with your meal. Quite amusingly the staff kept reiterating that with our ticket we had unlimited water… something I’d expect in any restaurant. All other drinks are paid for. The food itself is not bad, my main gripe is that for a £200 dinner cruise I did not expect to be scrabbling at a buffet line. There is no separate buffet for the deluxe tier ticket. Sitting in the deluxe area I think you need the first to be told that the buffet is ready, however once you walk through the main seating area and all other tiers of passengers see people heading for the buffet it quickly decends into chaos. As I said before the hot food was okay, I’d had better goulash in Prague but for a mass produced buffet it is what you expect. The cold food selection left a lot to be desired for in my opinion with the overall mantra being that it looks good on the buffet presentation table but for the lowest possible price to the cruise operator. The entertainment was a live trio, guitarist who was excellent and a violinist who was equally talented, and a singer who I feel was being forced to sing in English? Often she was missing out words or not singing correct ones, or just scat style improvising over well known songs. Her English singing was a lot better than any singing I can do in Czech but I do feel that if they had her singing songs in her own language she would be more comfortable and the overall experience would be improved. It’s a shame as clearly this held her back. The most important aspect of this cruise should’ve been the views. This is where I felt most let down as due to the lighting and angle of the glass in the deluxe area there is a really bad glare from the floor/tables on the windows which heavily obscures the view. Could be easily reminded with a black table cloth or just dimming the lights slightly once the dinner portion of the cruise was over. It quickly became apparent to me that the best view on the boat was from the smoking area which was uncovered and at the very stern of the ship. My wife and I actually had quite a nice time sitting out here watching things go by, but this area is extremely small and could only comfortably fit maybe 8-10 people. As we’d paid for a deluxe experience at a deluxe price I couldn’t help but feel let down. If I had paid £100 for the experience I wouldn’t have had such high expectations, but at such a premium price point they really do need to do better. The verdict: Go on the much cheaper 1-2 hour daytime cruise. Use the money you saved in doing so to go to one of the lovely restaurants in town where £200 could get you everything on the menu twice over.

Great experience with Prague Boats dinning cruise. The combination of great food, amazing music and romantic setting made it an unforgettable night. We selected the deluxe package that includes a welcome drink, bottle of wine and priority access to the buffet. We recommend this tour.

Absolutely stunning, thoroughly enjoyed it. The 3 hours went far too quickly. Welcome cocktail, wine and Food were delicious. Please read what you get fully, I read it as “unlimited drink” for the deluxe experience however it was unlimited water 🤣😂🤣

My husband and I booked a dinner cruise a part of our honeymoon. Sights were great! Staff are super friendly! Pro tip: You can pay for the ticket base fare and ask to be moved to the deluxe area!! Saves you lots of money!

Showed up early with about another 100+ guests on Christmas day. Stairs down to the boat was barricaded, no tours until further notice. Given the condition of the barricaded the cancelation had been in place for days. No one had been given notice.

Delightful experience. The food was above average, and the service was exceptional. There was live music playing nice songs. A piano player and a singer. People started to dance. The tables were elegant and the boat was clean and inviting. The Meeting location on the instructions was off, it sent us to a closed building. Instead, go straight to the boat Slips, there is a ticket both there where to check in. Ours was Slip #1. I would book again. It was very fun and classy.

Nice trip with good food. Unfortunately, our trip got off to a disappointing start as there was confusion with regards to what is included in the Deluxe package which we decided to take to enhance our experience. The wording with regards to drink is confusing and I highly recommend that you read it very carefully before proceeding. You get unlimited water (not alcohol) and one bottle of white or red per couple - we had to ask for our 2nd bottle as there were 4 of us in our party. I think Prague Boats need re-word their description. The Deluxe package means that you will be at the front of the boat with more space which does help with some of the views and adds to the experience. It would have been nice to have some commentary on what we could see but the priority was music. Overall, a good trip but ensure you read all the small print very carefully so you know what you will receive as part of your package.

The trip was good, boat was excellent electric so zero carbon. The food was lukewarm we were first to get our food as we did the deluxe package overall we enjoyed it

The view was amazing , shame that we couldn't see more with all the lights been on full instead of dimmed and intermit. Food was not great and should of been served to make it more romantic as it states. Couple next to us were drunk before they boarded and loud and arguing with staff. Music could not be heard as speakers were not working at our end of the boat.

They sold unlimited drinks under false advertising and still are I’m on the cruise as I write this one bottom wine per couple only they are still selling the cruise as unlimited drinks it’s a con £436 for two bottles and average food very unhappy customer will not return please be warned

Seeing the Prague skyline from the water was lovely. The water was calm and it was tranquil. I think the boat was electric. It was a nice temperature inside despite the cold outside. The entertainment was fun, 2 guys, playing a guitar, the other a violin. They played a range of music and the crowd got right behind them. The welcome drink was a small glass of prosecco. The prices to purchase further alcohol were extortionate, I guess because they have a captive audience. But nearly £40 for a bottle of prosecco is extortion. The food was varied and overall was well prepared and tasty but when it was ready everybody scrambled to their feet so there was a long queue. It probably would have been better to direct one or two tables at a time. Overall though, a pleasant experience
