Don’t buy this - it was a complete rip off. We paid $80 for something that we could have walked up and bought on our own for less than $60. I have used Viator for many excursions and this was the most disappointing one for sure.

We had to go up into a room then wait for tickets for 30 minutes. They tried hard to upsell tours, and they don’t have enough audio guides for the tickets they sell. The people who bought their tickets at Pompeii had better maps with English (ours were Italian only). If you do this tour make sure you bring head phones. They do not include any with the audio guide and it’s loud inside Pompeii.very well organized tour, informative and nicely paced ! our tour guide , Ciro, was excellent! knew all the interesting facts to keep us curious along the entire tour ! very much worth while !

Travel agency is located on top of the train station which was super convenient for us as we trained it from Sorrento. Easy pickup of tickets and audio guide. And easy drop off too. Just make sure to BYO headphones (which we did).

If you have young kids then the audio tour might be helpful - we had it, but honestly didn't use it at all - and the time we went (April 2023) we didn't need skip the line access either. If we hadn't had a 6 year old with us we might have upgraded to a guided tour.
