The tour guides were professional and respectful. Definitely worth every dollar. The Cenote swimming hole was a new experience and one to remember. I jumped from the small cliffs and the guides were very alert to make sure everyone was ok during the entire trip. 👍🏼

Great tour guides and great experience, would recommend to anyone! It was great value for money as well and we had enough time to do each activity.

This was incredibly. Abraham was fantastic. I absolutely love the opportunity to give back to the community. It was a nice getaway from the resort and to experience local Mexico.

Tour was good the company Viator stay far away from!!! Lack of communication where and when to be picked up. They told use to be at a certain point at a certain time sharp!! They were 20 minutes late. Long ass drive to excursions had to stop at many resorts and meeting locations to pick others up. The ride was 2 hours long. Pick up was 1 hr after the excursion and the driver got us so sick from his driving we all felt sea sick. We will never again use viator!! Been on many excursions and this one was absolutely horrifying!

Carlos and Abraham were fantastic tour guides. We did a little bit of driving then stopped at a local community for a small meal and watermelon water. The walk to the cenote was on a path but it was very uneven and rocky. Doable in flip flops but need to watch your step. The cenote was breathtaking. The water is cool and refreshing and ultra clear. Certainly an experience of a lifetime.

An amazing tour! We were picked up a little earlier then expected, and driven to the buggy’s. Here we got instructions, a bandana and goggles. We went in the buggy and off we went. Very fast over the hills, we LOVED it. At the end of the first part we parked and got some water. We walked about 3 minutes through the jungle to an cenote. Unlike the other cenotes we visited, this one was not touristic. We could climb over the rocks in the back and jump off then into the cenote which is around 15 m deep. After the relaxing cenote visit we went back to the buggy’s and could switch drivers. We went to the maya village. All the children welcomed us by waving. We went to have a snack and drink at the house of one of the villagers. Which was delicious!! After the visit our guide Carlos told us all about the village. After that we went back and switched drivers a few times. We both couldn’t get enough. I would totally recommend to book this trip for a bit of excitement and the non touristic side of the jungle and cenote.

My kids (ages 8, 13, 14, 15) loved it so much that we did it twice. They thought it was the best excursion they ever did! We were picked up right on time from our resort and taken to the buggy site. The ride through the jungle path was exciting. My kids LOVED stopping at the Mayan Village to see how people lived there. We had an option to buy a $5 gift pack for the families there with essentials like toothpaste, soap.... but no pressure at all. A sweet little boy handed by daughter a flower when she gave him a gift pack. Then we were off to the cenote swim. My kids loved it. They did some cliff jumping there. We want to go back to do it, again.

The two tour guides were awesome. Very accommodating. It was a very fun side-by-side ride through the jungle! Visit was awesome! Really appreciate how actively they support the less fortunate community! please consider bringing additional an $5 - $10 which allows you to purchase/donate one to two grocery bags of much needed water/rice/toilet paper to families in need! The buggy's are in good shape and ride nice! Multiple languages to accommodate. The best part is when you get to the Cenote you are very secluded from the public. Make sure you have closed shoes. Also bring water shoes! Highly recommend booking this tour while visiting Playa!

The guides were so kind and generous to offer us history, stories, and beautiful energy. They were very communicative over text leading up to the experience and I felt honored by being able to have this experience. Please remember to tip!

We had a wonderful time on the UTV, cenote, and local village tour. The cenote water was refreshing and crystal clear. The local village tour was educational and a great experience for us and our children. 10/10 highly recommend! our kids are 5 and 7 and they loved it.

Carlos and Abraham were absolutely amazing! What a great duo they are for the tour. They were super friendly, very funny, had great stories and shared so much information and history about the area. We will definitely be doing the tour again. Riding through the village and meeting the locals was amazing as well. Such nice people. The food we were served was absolutely delicious too! Please please bring cash and donate to the village. I wish I knew this beforehand I would have brought more cash with me! It was so touching to be able to personally hand the food out as well. Then going to the cenote was stunning. What a beautiful place. So peaceful. And doing the Mayan ritual afterwards was so amazing too. I highly highly recommend this tour!!

Worth every peso. Carlos and Abraham were lovely guys, very knowledgeable and made it so much fun. You get to go very fast. Not for the faint hearted. Cenote was extremely refreshing and not too cold. Do take gifts for the local children in the village (sweets, pens etc) as they were so sweet and smiley.

This is our second time back to this tour. We had to bring our son this time because we loved it so much last time. Carlos was our tour guide both times and he’s phenomenal. He’s multilingual, super funny, and just a joy to be around. Bring some cash with you to buy some goods for the people in the Pueblo. Don’t skip this experience!! It’s so worth it!!

Our tour was absolutely amazing! Truly a one of a kind experience that you can not pass up if you're in Playa Del Carmen. Our tour guides were so accommodating and knowledgeable and shared some beautiful information about their culture. The cenote was so refreshing (keep in mind there is a bit of a hike to access it, but not very far). When we arrived to the village, everyone was so incredibly kind, and it was such a wonderful experience overall.
